No. Church Center is a specialized tool to help you stay connected with Calvary Chapel Bemidji. It allows for easier communications within groups (like Men's Ministry, Women's Ministry, Gray Squirrels, etc.) as well as a consistent experience for signing up for events and making financial contributions. The website will continue to be the source for public information about our church body as well as where you can find announcements, sermon videos, live streams, etc.
EasyTithe has been transitioned to Planning Center Giving. More information is available on the Online Giving page.
Our event registration sign-ups have been moved from SignUp Genius to Planning Center Registrations. Visit our Registrations page to find upcoming event registrations.
Volunteer sign-ups have been transitioned from SignUp Genius to Planning Center Services. Please contact your ministry leader or the church office if you have questions.
KidCheck has been replaced by our new Planning Center Check-Ins system which integrates directly with Church Center.
Church Center, and the rest of the Planning Center system, use industry-standard encryption and security practices to ensure your information is safe and secure. Planning Center is SOC 2 Type 1 Certified and PCI Level One compliant. Additionally, you have control over what information is stored for you and your family, and only approved church staff are able to access that information in Planning Center. At any time, you can remove your information, or request that we remove that information, from the Planning Center system. If you are included in the printed Church Directory (2022 edition), the information from your listing there has been transferred into Planning Center. From there, it is only accessible to you (through Church Center) and approved church staff. Once you log in to Church Center the first time, you should be able to view and update your information as you see fit. If you do not find that information after logging in, please contact us to ensure your new Church Center profile is connected to your existing church directory information.
If you were not in the 2022 directory, you can add whatever information you want in your Church Center profile.

Again, ONLY the information you chose to include in the printed Church Directory from 2022 has been transferred into Planning Center. If all you included in the directory was your name and home phone number, then the only information in Planning Center will be your name and home phone number (no email address, home address, cell phone numbers, etc.). We take your privacy very seriously and want you to have full control of what is shared with the church office staff. We also did NOT include the names of any of your children from the printed directory, so you can choose whether to add them as household members in Church Center.
The Planning Center system includes a lot of powerful options and capabilities, many of which we will not be using immediately but may transition to over time. Each ministry within the church will transition to the core parts of the system at a pace suitable for that ministry. We'll keep everyone posted through announcements in-church and on the website!
Church Center includes a digital church directory which we have enabled and is available by invitation only. If you would like to join the directory, please contact the church office to request approval.
A few quick notes about the digital directory... The directory is a private place for the people in our church to share their contact information with each other. It will not be made available to people outside of our church body, and only people who have been invited to the directory by church staff will be able to see the directory or share their information in the directory. Finally, if you opt in to being in the digital directory, you will have full control (through your Church Center profile) over what details about you and your household are available for others to see in the digital directory.
